Day 120
September 9 - 25km (Calgary)
My brother had a friend living in Calgary, Harneek, where I could stay for a night. I took the rest day as an opportunity to work on my essays. The fact that I had to hitch a ride for 100km did not sit right with me since I told myself I was biking every inch across Canada. I knew I would have to return to the spot where I got picked up from - thankfully I had it marked on my phone.
I knew it would be an extra 200km, and the weather in the mountains was getting chilly, but I NEEDED to do this for my own peace of mind.
