Day 55

July 6 - 117km (Levis)

I found another host via Warmshowers and wanted to make it to Levis/Quebec City. At the time, my allergies were killing me. I would constantly be rubbing my eyes and sneezing. Also, the heat was brutal, but I pushed through it. I took my nutrition and hydration very seriously and was able to make it to Levis, where I met Francois. I then took a cold shower (which was the best shower of my life).

He had a friend over and they played cards as I ate my peanut butter sandwiches. I crashed afterwards.
